running online

Our engaging and exciting Adult Acting Group meets weekly online via Zoom on Thursday nights 6.30pm-8pm.

What term times do you run?

We stick by West Lothian school holidays and take our term breaks in accordance with them. Our 2021 term times are:

Term 3 - Thursday 14th January to Thursday 1st April

Term 4 - Thursday 22nd April to Thursday 1st July

Term 1 - Thursday 26th August to Thursday 7th October

Term 2 - Thursday 18th October to Thursday 23rd December

Where is your group based?

We are based in Bathgate, West Lothian. However, we are currently operating online via Zoom.

How much does joining the group cost?

We do payments per term - each term is totalled by the amount of hours. We try to keep our workshops as affordable as possible.

What does your group focus on?

We work on a project by project basis with our Adult Acting Group. We have lots of exciting projects planned for 2021.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, of course! Get in touch with us on info@attheroottheatre.com or click the Book Now button.

Our Programme

Theatre Skills

We have a focus on developing performance skills throughout the term. Our aim is to improve confidence and ability in acting and performance. We want our participants to be able to take newfound confidence back into their daily life.

Meeting New People

Theatre creates spaces to meet new people and make new friends. We want to create social spaces for adults to come together and socialise as well as perform.

Performing Shows

We want to give our participants some of the best experiences of performing. There's nothing like that buzz before a curtain swings open. Our aim is to widen opportunities for performance throughout the year.
